The Alfresco Versa Power AXE model propane gas cooker offers from 400 to 65,000 BTUs of power for total heat control. The specially designed super heavy-duty spider grate will handle the smallest of sauce pans and up to a 100 quart stock pot. It is also ideal for a turkey fryer. Its versatility makes it the perfect complementary appliance to complete your outdoor kitchen. This cooking system features all commercial stainless steel construction with heli-arc welded seams, exclusive dual burner system each with independent controls, removable 5/16-inch diameter electropolished stainless steel spider grate, removable center trivet, user friendly push button ignition system and recessed sealed top for wind protection and to contain spillage. Its lightweight design coupled with a quick-disconnect hose (not included) allows this burner to be easily taken anywhere with you.

The structural integrity of the exterior and interior body parts and stainless steel cooking grates are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. The main burners are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. All grill components are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of (2) two years from the original date of purchase. . For (1) one year from the date of original purchase your Alfresco warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

I love this burner. I have the griddle and wok and use both regularly. I absolutely LOVE cooking with this burner because it is so versatile. It blast heat of you want it and also goes down to a summer. I use it for all of my cast iron frying because the smell stays outside and is so much easier to clean up than my kitchen range. I recommend this to everyone building an outdoor kitchen.

Description said it takes 9volts, but the product I received requires 110V for source of ignition. Now I have to run electricity to the unit or else return the product. Product itself is built like a tank, very heavy duty.

Hi Mac. Alfresco uses batteries as an alternate power source on all of the Versa Burners, including this one.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
