This is my fourth Weber grill and I have had zero problems with any of them. Apparently neither of my ex wives have had problems with them either since that is where the other three ended up. Weber makes a good solid product and I recommend them highly.

I bought this to take camping last year as I needed a portable grill big enough to cook for four people. I already own a 22 inch Weber and have owned the smaller Smokey Joe and this grill has lived up to the Weber reputation for excellence. This grill is also great for small spaces for everyday use

nice size. can cook a whole meal at once for me and my wife, but still small enough to pack camping. The handle design to keep the lid on when not in use is just what was needed for these small Webers. Nice job and I like it a lot.

This grill is perfect for my needs. It replaces a 14" table top grill that I had been using . A hole burned through the bottom after 15 years of use. The Jumbo Joe has excellent construction and the materials used a in the body, lid, and grates are far superior to that used in my old grill. The Jumbo Joe grill will live longer than I will. The design of the fire box, which is flat rather than curved, makes for even heating of the coals which makes for even cooking of the meats. My old grill had a curved bottom which made for poor air circulation to the coals at the outer edges of coal grate causing those coals to go out which in turn made for uneven cooking of the meats . The size of this grill is perfect for my needs. The 14" was really to small and a 21" grill was to large making one hard to store in my small garage. The 18" size is perfect for my needs and garage size constraints. I gave this grill 4 stars because assembling the legs and ash catcher was tricky. I needed an extra set of hand to get those parts together. Also I wish that the grill had an enclosed, removable ash catcher at the bottom of the grill to make for quicker and easier clean up of ash after cooking. I have to a place a disposable aluminum pie pan on the open ash catcher that comes with the grill and sweep the ash through the lower vents into the pie pan and then dispose of the ash. Despite these two minor short comings, I am very pleased with Jumbo Joe and I highly recommend it.

Purchased this grill to take in my travel trailer when camping. I have a Weber master touch and this jumbo joe makes camp grilling as nice as at home.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
