solid construction. easy to put together. Love the locking handle and lid holder. its been a learning curve from our small 14" square grill. using foil tocover some foods to cook better with less heat

Love my Performer but didn't need such a large setup for just the two of us. I also own the Smokey Joe but found that it took a long time for the charcoal to heat up due to a lack of bottom vents. This Jumbo Joe is a bit larger than the 14 inch Smokey Joe but with the bottom vent holes, also provides much more heat adjustability. The bolt-on handle is a bit less solid than the welded on handles on my Performer and Smokey Joe but seems okay so far. The other thing I noticed was that two of the three holes for the legs on the bottom bowl had some chips of missing enamel around the holes so I hope that these won't be the start of a rust problem. This Jumbo Joe does seal up the vents tightly so it is easy to snuff out a hot coal bed to save for the next cook. So far it appears to cook about the same as my Performer for taste and efficiency.

It grills great. Had an issue with the damper on the lid scratching the enamel and Weber customer service took care of it promptly. Great product, great customer service!

Overall I like the grill and it performs well. However I had some quality issues when mine arrived. The bowl had a separation in it. Also the bottom holes in the bowls were not coated with the porcelain. A call to customer service and a new bowl was sent. Same issue with the holes as the previous one, but I believe this is due to how it is manufactured. 4 stars for quality issues.

The perfect little grill for camping, tail gating, anytime. Lid holder works great and also works as a clamp to hold the lid on during transportation. Cleans up easy and it can be stored on a shelf when you're done.

Like that its compact, but still big enough to cook for a familly of 3! Well thought out product! I bought it thinking i would use it for picnics or camping, but might use it more for small cooks at home that requires less fuel.

I love this grill! It's probably my favorite grill of 5. I only wish the Smokey Joe Premium had a similar build with a bottom damper and bottom ash catcher like this Jumbo Joe 18". Then I would actually understand how parents feel when they say "I love all my kids the same amount."

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
