This is our second one and we love it! Keeps the grill nice and toasty during those cold months so that you can grill year round. Only caveat is that you should not leave it on once it begins to warm up outside. This is our second one because the first one singed on the inside as a result. Now we know and will remove it once it warms up in the Spring. Get one, you won't be disappointed!

Picked one of these up this winter to get an early start this year on my ribs. Works great in cold weather. My grill never seemed to make it up to 450 before, but it can now with this blanket. I am curious if I can keep using it this summer. It never gets too hot here and is frequently windy. The complaints I have are the same as others. With the lid open, it is too heavy for the hinges. The lid catch slipped off once and the whole thing folded back and bent the hinges. I may make some sort of modification to help this. Also, the silver lining is peeling off quite quickly. I don't think it will change its affectiveness, but it isn't great.

Make sure not to use it when the weather is warmer on the blanket it tells you not to use if the temperature is above 35 degrees

This blanket works great, was worried about it burning on a hot grill, holds up great, keeps the heat in, smoking a pork butt for pulled pork, outside temp is 38 degrees, grill has held at perfect 250 temp all day

Blanket was easy to put on and secure. Worked pretty well to help maintain grill temperature with low ambient outside temperature cooking event!

I've only used my smoker a couple of times since I purchased the blanket but it has really seemed to keep the temperature where it needs to be. Recently I cooked blondie brownies and they got done before I expected. Seems to cut down on cooking time as well as pellet usage. Thanks for a great product!!

Fit very tight. Straps where at the very end. Does help a lot with smoking in the cold Wisconsin winters

Like the blanket but the Velcro doesn't hold. After you set it up then turn on the grill the Velcro doesn't hold.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
