I bought this new for my newly build outdoor kitchen and used it twice. When i went to use it in summer of 2024 it was no good, not cooling or even working. I called BBQ Guys and they told me it just went off the 2 yrs warranty.

Purchased this for my outdoor kitchen and it rains condensation on the inside. It seals up nicely and the gasket is good, but was told condensation can happen when installed in a built in enclosure in my climate. Had I known this I would have bought a cheap dorm fridge. Very disappointed

I didn't get off to a great start with this fridge as it didn't work. BBQGuys sent the necessary replacement parts but I had to pay for the labor for someone to come and fix it which set me back and extra $200+. Since it was repaired all has been fine. I had read a review prior to buying it that said the fan was a little noisy. I would totally agree. It's not unbearable or anything but fridges these days are usually silent or nearly silent. If I can get 10 years or so out of this fridge then I will be satisfied overall. So far I'm not impressed but am hopeful.

Was skeptical at first when reading older reviews, but this thing has kept drinks (Both for the kids and adults) as close to ice cold as you could expect for an outdoor fridge. Keep it set at 6 and haven't had any issues yet. Hope to have ice cold beers for years to come with this fridge.

First, I live in New England where the appliance is only used four months out the year. It is installed under the counter which is completely covered by an awning. It was installed in late 2015. It failed in 2018 and was replaced by the manufacturer. It is now June 2021 and it has failed again. As of today, 6/7/21 I have contacted BBQ guys for a resolution. I have two other undercabinet refridgerators in my home, Kitchen aid and Marvel. Yes, both were slightly more exspensive but those have been trouble free for over 7yrs. Do the math, This product is a horrible investment! I will update this review once I hear back.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
