This is my second Weber grill cover the first one cracked a faded in the Florida sun this one is a lighter material. I hope it last longer.

Bought cover and the one Velcro strip that wraps around leg isn't enough to keep the cover on the bbq. It does hold it from blowing away completely but it blew right off the grill itself. Older cover had a strap around bottom that worked great

I've had this grill cover for a couple years now. It has one Velcro strap that does not keep the cover on at all with wind. I'm constantly having to go pick it up out of my yard if it's slightly windy outside, and then hang it to dry if it was raining before I can put it back on to "use it." I used to think it was just the location of my house, until I moved to a new house. It doesn't work at all. I finally gave up trying to use it and just shoved it in the bin, since it doesn't stay on and I have to chase it around all the time. Love my grill, but now I'm worried about the integrity of the grill because the cover has never lasted during wind, so rain is constantly getting on my grill. I hadn't thought about leaving a review until now when I got on the website to see if they finally made a decent grill cover that would work. I'm getting close to purchasing a new grill, but now I'm concerned about buying one that has a cover that will protect it from the elements.

This cover does not include any sort of synch to prevent it from blowing off the grill like the other models do. In the last week alone I have woken up to a missing grill cover. The other morning I was especially bummed as I woke up to 3" of snow coving my brand new grill that had a cover on it when I went to bed.

I bought a replacement grill cover for my Weber Performer. The original cover ripped after a decade of UV exposure. I installed the new cover at 10:00 AM and I've had to reinstall it 4 times in 6 hours because it blew off. This is despite adding bricks to weigh it down. The new cover is extremely thin and acts like a sail on windy days. And why does it have straps at one corner only? This lightweight cover needs at least 4 straps — one at each corner. Very disappointed in the quality for the price.

First off, because of their quality I have always loved Weber products, so this comes as a surprise. Bought a replacement cover to go with my replacement Weber Performer Deluxe, both of which were purchased after their predecessors' very satisfactory extended lifetimes. New cover is about 1/4 to 1/2 the weight of my old (+/- 11-14 y.o.) one and, even when the strap is utilized, gets blown right off as Velcro doesn't hold. Looks nice, but if optics aren't your issue - it does look good - find a replacement. Have to put my charcoal chimney on top just to keep it on. Should have kept the old quality and charged more. Weber users are quality conscious and would likely pay for it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
