Cover does not stay on. Needs more velcro straps. Cover constantly comes off on windy days.

This grill cover is useless! The cover never stays on! It has one strap and all that does is keep it from blowing away, but it never stays on the grill! Why don't you put two straps kitty corner to fix this problem!

Well made lightweight cover. Works for me in rainy Florida weather. Velcro strap wrap on one leg keeps it secure.

I have owned a weber premium kettle grill for many years. In addition to typical grill food we also make pizzas, stuffed chicken breasts and smoke many meats and fishes with the kettle. I have replaced the grill and charcoal racks several times in addition to the clean out paddle assembly. I was excited to finally get a fitted Weber cover for the grill which I had hoped would extend the life. I installed the cover immediately upon receipt and attached the velcro strap around the leg as needed. Unfortunately during the first time I put it on we experienced a wind storm over night and when I checked on it the next morning I found the cover had blown off and was tangled in a shrub nearby, the charcoal bin was open and the charcoal was wet from rain. I would like to suggest that Weber add a second velcro strap for the opposite diagonal leg to reinforce the cover during wind events.

It is thinner than my last Weber grill cover. It also fits loose. It blew off twice and I had to place a brick on top of it to make sure it doesn't fly off any more. Yes, It keeps the elements off, but I can see purchasing a new cover in about 3-5 years.

The cover only has one Velcro strap holding it in the grill. With only one side secured it doesn't hold up to the wind and continually blows off.

Nice to have the opportunity to tell you about my situation. Several years ago I purchased 2 covers for my grill from Weber. I opened one and, try as I might, I couldn't get it to fit. I called Weber multiple times and talked with agents at the time only to be told that I had the only cover made for my grill. As a result, I had to cut a slip all the way up the end of the grill cover and hold it together with duck tape so there was some protection for my grill. My brother came over a month ago and asked "what the heck is this? Can't you get a cover that fits? So, I went into storage and brought out the 2nd cover I had bought and it works perfectly. This leads me to believe that the wrong grill cover was inserted into the first box I received. I really do believe that I deserve a credit, either in dollars or in the receipt of a free grill cover, to make up for this mess.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
