This is my all time favorite knife. Use it in place of the traditional 8" chef's knife. Much lighter, easier to handle and sharper. The hollow edge also prevents food from sticking. Useful for all kinds of cutting, chopping and mincing. Fits in small spaces and stays sharp longer than all the other knives I own. Look forward to using it everyday. Makes prep work so much easier and enjoyable.

I felt that the regular size santoku was too close to the size of my Chefs knife. This size is perfect for prep. It makes great accurate slices and chops. The curved bolster makes it very comfortable to hold in the proper pinch grip. The forged German steel and construction create a high quality knife that stays sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain.

Love this smaller sized Santoku. Just right for smaller jobs in the kitchen. Nice and lightweight, sharp and easy to handle. The high carbon German steel adds to the durability and helps with edge maintenance. I rarely need to sharpen this knife, and when I do it literally takes seconds. This was an excellent purchase, which has a lifetime guarantee, so I know it's built to last!

This knife can get through even the toughest vegetalbes. It is made from German Special Formula Steel and forged from one piece of steel so extremely durable. The knife is also ice hardened which translates to the blade starting sharp and staying sharper longer. It also has hollow edges which help move food away from the blade while cutting, making for quicker jobs.

This knife is fairly new to me, so I've been practicing lots of things with it. Its amazing to chop long veggies in to slices, celery, carrots, cucumbers etc. I love it for dicing onions because of the flat blade, you don't have to take as many swipes at the onion, the knife cuts cleanly all the way thru. Love the little hollow dimples because they help the wetter foods fall away easier from the blade.

Added this to my Pro Knife Block Set because I'm cooking a lot of stir fry meals. This German made knife cuts so easily and very comfortable to use. Has a lifetime warranty but doubt if I'll ever have to replace it.

This knife could become your favorite knife in the kitchen. Great little chopper for veggies. The curved bolster feels good in the hand and makes it easy to use the proper pinch grip. Nice fine edge with hollows to prevent sticking this is a must have.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
