My dads words "best pizza ever!!!" And I agree, I am so happy with my purchase and the quality of the pizza from it. Not overly happy with using the big propane tank, get higher temps off the one pound tanks.

I bought this a year ago. I have made or attempted to make at least 10 pizzas. Your biggest headache is getting the pizza into the oven. No matter how much flour you use it sticks while putting it in and all the toppings fall off and the pizza is ruined. Needs to have a way to open the top to get the pizzas in and out and to clean it. Would not but this again.

I bought a pizza oven over a month ago and when i unpacked it the stone was broken. Waitex a month for a replacement stone and that too was delivered today broke. Not a happy customer

I bought this oven about 6 months ago, it never gets hot enough. Now it turns on for about 10 seconds and then the flame just fades out.

My Pizza Oven continuously blows out. I have never been able to get it up to temp without the flame getting blown out and losing the heat. Highly disappointed.

I use this oven all the time camping. It makes professional grade pizza and anything else that will fit into it. It takes a little getting used to but once you do you can produce home oven quality dishes anywhere. Camping I take my camp chef stove and pizza oven and people are amazed what you can dish up. I would be lost without it. Pizza, biscuits or even chicken pot pie come out grrat.

Numerous issues with this oven. Loved it when it works, but if it breaks down. You will be waiting on a part that is on the slow boat from China. Why can't they take a part from the new ones they are selling?

Terrific pizza oven. Comes to temp quickly, holds temp well, can accommodate two 10" pizzas at the same time. After seeing mine, my neighbor decided to get one.

Seems maybe their QA is lacking., on my 2nd one. 1st one didn't work right out of the box. Waited months for them to be in stock again now the 2nd only works sometimes. Thought maybe it was the old propane tank, replaced it. Then thought maybe they included a cheap gas line. Replaced it. Still no luck. I could keep replacing parts but then I would have spent enough to buy a nicer oven and still not have one.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
