Today, I used this brush for the first time.. It worked terrific, but as I was completing my cleanup, the metal part separated from the handle. It is now useless. Such a shame, as the brush was far superior to any others that I have tried.

I purchased this brush when I bought a new grill. I previously had the wood-handled grill brush and wasn't really happy with that one. I felt that when I used the wood-handled brush only the first 1/3 of the bristles cleaned the grate and could get pretty nasty. I picked this one because with the thinner bristle section and thinner handle I expected that the brush would perform better and not get so dirty so quickly. Unfortunately, the metal between the handle and the brush is fairly flexible so it's difficult to apply much pressure when cleaning the grate. It works alright but I have to do a lot of passes and at a lot of different angles to clean well. I was a bit disappointed. Most of the other Weber products I use have been phenomenal.

Having purchased a number of brushes (some more costly than others) the lesson I've learned is, replace the brush frequently. The cost and quality of this one is perfect for using for a couple months then tossing out. Other life lesson, keep the grill grates CLEAN of all debris. Thoroughly clean before and after each use.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
