My wife bought this cookware for me as a gift. I love to cook and always thought I was pretty good at it. I didn't know how much having great cookware made a difference. I couldn't be happier with the product. It takes a little more care but the results are well worth the effort.

I always keep an eyes on them now I own AL CLAD copper core set. I love to cook on good quality standless steels also they made in American.

Pans are easy to clean- remember to preheat fry pans but love this cookware and will last me till I'm ready for a nursing home!

I am very happy with my purchase of the All-Clad Copper Core. The cookware is not heavy, which makes pouring sauces and such a breeze. The heat spreads quickly and evenly. I will add to my collection in the future. Love this!

Sadly the lids' handles get annoyingly hot. They don't flip over, which contributes to the set being almost impossible to stack. Finally, no optional glass lids. The pans themselves are great; heavy, solid, no hot spots, easily cleaned.

We have had the Copper Core 14 piece collection for 24 months and can not be more pleased! We have owned other cook sets in the past but have found the best set for us. The collection provides a good variety of cookware and excellent results with even cooking and easy clean up. We will occasionally use Bar Keeper Friend to polish up the pots and pans but it is easy to maintain them looking like new. We cook 2 - 3 meals a day at home and look forward to many more great meals in the future.

I bought a Wolf induction cook top and so I went out and bought a top of the line cookware set - All-Clad's Copper Core 10-Piece set. All-Clad stated that t set was "Compatible with all cooktops, including induction" but I soon learned that they were not compatible. The combination of copper and stainless steel overheated the cooktops "burners" and result in the stove to shut-down one of the burneers to prevent over-heating and damage to the cooktop. The technical service representative at Wolf said not to use pots and pans with different layers of metal. So, here I am with a very expensive 10-piece set cookware set that I cannot use on my induction cooktop.

The Copper Core cookware provides exceptionally even heat dispersion and excellent heat control. They certainly exceeded my expectations! Each piece is very well made and have helped me to improve the consistency of quality of my cooking. The only concern I have is the tarnishing of the copper band after the first use.

I have waited for years to get this set of cookwear and it was worth the wait. It does a great job of cooking things the way I want and cleans up easy.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
