This set is horrible. Food sticks to it and it is impossible to clean. The copper band has already faded and I have only had the set for under a year. I tried to contact all clad but cannot obtain a phone number. Do not buy!!!!

Cooked with All-clad for 40 yrs and just upgraded to Copper Core to be compatible with my new induction range. I loved my old "Ltd" set, but they aren't induction range compatible. I absolutely LOVE the Copper Core. Gorgeous set of cookware, with All-Clad quality.

This set is not only stunningly beautiful but they are a dream to cook with. I was a little intimidated by cooking with them for fear of the stickiness but I watched a couple of videos to educate myself and I'm happy to report, I've had no problems! Water boils so much faster, food cooks perfectly even, I've used every single piece to test them all out and I love them all! They are definitely worth the price and I enjoy knowing that they will last a very long time!

Bought the 14 piece set. Have been very happy with it. Cooks evenly and well. Any discoloration that occurs as a result of cooking has been easily cleaned up with a little bit of vinegar and water. Follow the instructions for care and cleaning and I think they'll last forever.

Getting used to the set. They have very even heat and my first cook was sticking all over. For my second cook i preheated the pan to the water bubble test then added my oil then the food. Resisted moving the chicken until it got browned. With that the result was perfect. Getting better and better! Highly recommend these professional pans.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
