I love my copper core cookware - it's so beautifully made, it heats extremely evenly and it's incredibly responsive to slight changes in the temperature of burners. It's easy to use and just as easy to keep clean and gorgeous! I had to make a few simple changes to get the most out of the set - like always pre-heating a pan before adding anything, even oil, and letting a pan cool, then soak, for quick clean up. I find it works even better than nonstick cookware when it's used properly.

I had a mis matched set I had been cooking with for years and now I have a proper set of cookware. I also added the pasta pot and a second sauté pan. Love it so far. Can't believe how quickly copper heats and cools and it's very even; no hot spots.

I bought this has a first year anniversary gift for my daughter and son-in-law word has it THEY LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!! It was a perfect gift for them because they just love to cook and really didn't have good pans to cook in so now they are enjoying their passion even more.

You should really never have trouble cleaning your Pans. As far as elbow grease try letting pan cool down before cleaning. After cool, add water to pan then let simmer over gas flame, after it comes to a boil take a wooden spatula and gently rub back and forth. Next turn off stove and let cool. Then wash and rinse. So easy all the time. Love my All-Clad.

Wish the set would have included the All-Clad brand stainless steel cleaner or any approved cleaner. It's funny that the cookware is said to be crafted with "stainless steel," they are anything but stainless.

Some good performing and seriously good looking cookware. After using cheap disc laminated cookware for years and waffeling between the d3 and coppercore, I finally went all out with a full upgrade and have no regrets. These should last longer than I do. You can feel the copper in the weight of the pans but they aren't so heavy that they are clumsy. Very even and responsive heating. Only downside is I can't blame my cooking mistakes on my cookware anymore.....

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
