I did so much research and read so many reviews. Installed the grill 3 years ago (March 2023). It has never cooked evenly. Count on 1/2 of the advertised cooking surface - some spots are so hot your food will burn on low. Other spots so cool it will never cook. After three years the burners are shot and at $109 each I'm just going to call it a loss and put the money into a different grill - it won't be Bull.

Lots of great reviews here, but that hasn't been my experience. I wanted to love this grill since it was being installed in a custom counter at a newly constructed home near Cabo San Lucas. I purchased it from an authorized dealer and paid for professional installers. After only two years, a couple of the control knobs wouldn't turn without major difficulty. Now, somehow, the heat is transferring through the burners to the knobs and caused a serious burn with huge blisters on my right thumb and index finger twice, once on each of the faulty knobs. The grill is constantly flaring up even though the drip tray is cleaned regularly. Recently, the two bad burners stopped working. I still use the unit but I hate it because I can't just relax and enjoy cooking…. I have to constantly pay attention to avoid another burn even though, at this point, I won't grill anything without wearing gloves. At my primary home, I've owned a Fire Magic grill 12 years without a single issue other than wearing out the flavor grids because I use the grill so frequently. I have no affiliation with Fire Magic but it is a FAR superior product. Yes, it costs more, but it works as designed and lasts so much longer. I'm only submitting my review on the Bull grill because I'm on this site looking for a Fire Magic grill to replace it..

The sales and service with the "guy" (BBQ GUYS) was excellent! Furthermore this gas grill is beyond great - the entire cooking experience from start to finish is an ease and the outcome delicious! We couldn't be happier with this purchase.

This grille performs as I expected. Great quality, starts quickly, easy to use, and plenty of heat available. Flames up happen frequently on anything over medium heat. There are hot and cold spots that make you rotate the meat around the grille frequently. I prefer my big green egg and use this grille more as a warmer or for vegetable grilling. This is my first gas grille, but have used other gas grilles owned by friends. This one is better than most, but don't expect it to replace the real thing.

Very good grill for the money. I put it in my outdoor kitchen bar area. Great choice. Love everything about the grill. Lights easy, does not flare up and holds heat very well. Overall 5 stars.

Like most looked at just about everything on the market but to be blunt I think $4k for a grill is insane. Finally settled on the Bull Outlaw and could not be more pleased. It has a double lined lid, HEAVY stainless steel grill racks, solid metal knobs (not plastic, chrome wrapped), it just feels well built (weighs 130lbs). Dealing with BBQ for purchase was fast and easy, arrived on a pallet in perfect condition in only 2 weeks. Installation was super easy, it is literally a plug and play, counter top cut out size was exact. It fired right up and has been wonderful, gets hot quick, steady, even temp...I feel the enamel coated cast burners will provide good life. It does not have all the bells and whistles as others, but if your looking for a good product at a reasonable price this is the one for you.

Asked by Kevin | Answered by Hunter, BBQGuys ExpertHello. The grill has hangers on the outside edges that rest on the edge of the counter top cutout.
Asked by Rokaitto | Answered by JoeyHello. The gas connection is on the right side of the grill, at the back. You can see a diagram of this in the Assembly and Operating Instructions manual in the Manufacturer's Downloads section of the page, or here: https://cdn.shocho.co/sc-specsheets/30-inch-bull-grill-heads-outlaw-lonestar-select-angusmanual-version-55_0.pdf
Asked by Rokaitto | Answered by JoeyHi Tyler, if the grill is being installed in a structure made of combustible materials you MUST use an insulated jacket. You can find the insulated jacket for this grill model here: https://www.bbqguys.com/bull/insulated-jacket-for-angus-lonestar-select-and-outlaw-built-in-gas-grills-47017
Asked by Tyler | Answered by RosaHi, Dee. The Bull Outlaw does not come with lights. However, the Bull Lonestar Select and the Bull Angus have lights and are the same size.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
