I bought this cover for my Blaze 32 inch charcoal grill (BLZ-4-CHAR), as per Blaze recommendation. This grill cover fits too tightly over the Blaze charcoal grill and you will have difficulty taking it off and putting it on the grill. I have owned this grill cover for approximately 7 months, and the seam is already tearing on it due to the overly tight fit. In fact, it fits so tightly that when removing it--you have to be careful to not loosen or bend the screws holding the side tables onto the main unit. I called Blaze customer service to see if they will repair/replace given the relatively short period of time I have owned this grill cover. Unfortunately they do not stand behind their products. Blaze customer service and sales managers told me that the cover has a 30 day warranty and that's it, they were no help whatsoever. This cover may fit better on the Blaze 32 inch gas grill, however if you purchase it for the Blaze 32 inch charcoal grill--caveat emptor!

I have a 20 year old Weber 4 burner gas grill I had a cover with same materials as this one just as long. I had to replaced grills, etc on my Weber once a few years ago, but cover was still going. Alas it finally gave way to old age. Ordered this one came quickly, packed well, Raining all day and a break in the clouds let me run out and clean up outside of grill and it's a perfect fit. As soon as I walked back in it started raining again this time my baby is protected, thank you!

I feel like I'm going to tear the cover each time I put it on. It also doesn't have a front and back, which some might find a plus, but since the front of the grill is sloped there's a lot of extra material. The snug fit is over the side shelves. That said, it appears to be well made of quality material and workmanship.

this cover is awesome! It really does protect the grill. It's rained a few times since I got it and after the showers I usually go out and grill; I've noticed that every time the grill is completely dry. Excellent

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
