Just installed this. Easy install and phenomenal results..looks like it will not last as long as the standard burner (which is the heaviest burner I've ever seen) but is very reasonably priced.

This searing burner works fantastically, however it only lasts a year or two before it starts rusting out. I cover my grill when not in use and clean the inside as well. It's unfortunate as it isn't a cheap part to replace. My Blaze grill however is durable and works amazingly, too bad they couldn't figure out how to make the searing burner more durable.

I liked it for a little while then after about a year the metal on top started to come apart then today it completely broke. The grills are great but I shouldn't need to buy a new one of these every couple of years it should last.

I love my Blaze 4-burner grill. However, the burner doesn't seem to be of the same high quality SS. I noticed my infrared burner had developed a hole in the top and ordered another one. They work great when they're working.

Works great but rusted out at the seams after a year. Love my Blaze grill, just wish the searing infrared burner was the same quality as the rest of the grill. My grill stays out of the weather and is kept covered when not being used.

I'm pleased with the Blaze products all around. I did have problems with the fitting of the BLZ-IRN but both BBQ Guys and Blaze (they had to "escalate" to the manufacturer) were quite responsive and interested in resolving my issues. I do have to say, it took a couple of months to get final resolution because there seemed to be 2 different models of grill and 2 different models of searing burner and it took them a while to get it all to fit and work BUT - they stuck with it, followed up with me frequently and their initial response was to send me a brand new grill (because the searing burner wouldn't fit!). I didn't want to do that, I had a working and installed grill just fine but they would have gone that far to make sure I was pleased. It's been almost a year now that I've had the burner and grill installed and I love them both. I can't believe how much value for the money BLAZE is when compared to others. I LOVE that they take a very simple approach to the design. There are very few parts and they are very high quality/excellent steel, the whole unit performs GREAT! If you want bells and whistles, you can spend more for sure but I love my BLAZE - if they are around when I buy my next one, I'll buy another!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
