We've been using this Blaze grill for 4 years and it looks like we will have to replace it. Two of the tack-welded gas hoods have failed. The crossfire panel attachments had to be cut off and the replacement parts will need to be riveted on. We emailed Blaze customer service with photos for assistance on replacing them and the response we got was "That would be an allen screw" -- that's all! Considering what we paid and that we use the grill on average twice a month, I am very disappointed it's only lasted this long.

Researched for quite a while until I found the perfect setup. Blaze is a top notch grill that will last a lifetime. Purchased the grill (and grill jacket), trash pullout, drawer combo, refrigerator (trim kit and door upgrade). All the Blaze products are really nice!

I've had my 5-burner 40" grille for a year - and could NOT be more pleased with the performance - and looks. I added the searing burner - recommend highly. It sears steaks beautifully. Can't go wrong with this one!

Like most of the previous reviews, I researched this grill for a couple of months. I work at a local hardware store that specializes in Webber products, and owning one, Webber has nothing on this grill. Attractive looking, easily cleaned, great pre-heating with even cooking. Was a little concerned regarding the stainless steel cover becoming dis colored, but no issues so far. Purchased the rotisserie kit which I have yet to use, but will rectify within the next week. Only gripe is that you would think that Blaze would put a better thermometer on this grill. Warm and hot don't cut it with serious grill affeciandos. Other than that, looking forward to years of happy grilling. Don't be put off by the price. If you want a cheap grill,, go to Home Depot.

Grill was recommended by the sales rep. i am super happy with it. The sear burner is amazing for cooking stakes. One minute on each side on the sear burner. rotate 90 deg to get to perfect lines. 3 minutes each side on the grill. Enjoy. Construction is super solid solid all stainless steel. I can see it lasting for decades.

it might not have knobs that light but I can't remember the first good tasting steak that lights made better.If your looking for a grill that cooks evenly and has all the bells and whistles a real cook wants this is the grill for you

I have only had it a little while, but so far I am very pleased. Easy and accurate controls, good flame, nice even grilling. It looks good and cooks well. My only complaints are that it would be nice to have a built-in light like other models have. Also, we ordered doors to go with it and they have some mars on them. I will try to get some stainless cleaner and see if that will help. The only other thing is that the manual is not very helpful regarding how to use the heat zone separators or the Rear Infrared Burner (I haven't figured out yet how it will help or what it is particularly designed for). Otherwise, sales people, shipping and grill were/are all very good.

I\'ve been wanting a good quality grill for some time and was surprised this year when my wife got me this Blaze grill for my birthday - and just in time for the season. The weather\'s been nice and the backyard BBQs even better! Plenty of grill space so I can invite all my friends and this thing really does the job. Bought the rotisserie kit as well and plan to try it out this weekend. If it works like the rest of this grill, it ought to be a great time. Best birthday present ever! Thanks hon!

Hey Peewee! Each grill contains an NG/LP Orifice Kit. I would see page 19 in the manual,(will post the link below) as it states the requirements for LP. Requirement: If your BLAZE Grill is for a Liquid Propane application, a L.P regulator set for 11” WC must be used and is for use with LP gas only. However, the Blaze Pro features an H-shaped burner, which will provide more even heat across the grilling surface. The Blaze Pro burners also provide higher BTU's, which will allow you to get higher temperatures.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
