I got this grill because of the high BTU rating of 15000 and it really gets things heated up fast. The overall construction is good, I would not say that it feels heavy and solid but at the same time, it does not feel cheap. I received it dented due to UPS dropping the packet and the BBQ guys were very responsive to address the situation by refunding me a certain percentage of the price. Few observations after using it for more than 6 months: As the flame is scorching hot the entire grill portion ( not the base but the platform) gets really hot very quickly and if you are not careful you can burn yourself by mistakenly touching the platform. Also, if you are cooking something that splashes then the burning stains would be on the frame/platform. I used the pink stuff to clean the surface but the stains won't go off 100%. The burner's golden coating gives the stove a really good look but we could see stains and little rust on the burner golden coating. Again, the pink stuff would not remove the stain fully. Overall, I got it for one reason and that was to cook things quickly and this stove does that, so am happy.

This is only couple weeks from the time when it was installed. Works nicely, your really need 15K BTU burners outdoor. The transaction was smooth and easy. Thanks .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
