I just received the grill. The packing was substantial. It's easy to set up and looks perfect just like the pictures. However, a special instruction sheet advises how to remove the drip tray of which there is none even though it's also listed in the inventory.

I'm currently in a rent house and this grill has been convenient since space is limited! Plus who doesn't love the color red when it comes to appliances!

I'm not an avid grill master but this definitely does the trick for the two of us! Just don't close the lid or you'll have a BIG grease fire. Perfect to steaks, hot dogs and all the meats!

I was excited to receive and try out this portable grill. The biggest plus point for me is that it is portable. We don't have a deck/patio in the backyard so we tried this out in the garage. It's a good gas grill that heats up pretty fast. I was a bit worried about the plastic parts heating up, but for the first use it was quite ok. Since we don't really grill often, this was just what we needed for our small family. And it's great for taking along on a camping trip! The grill heated up pretty evenly. Only complaint would be a better design for the drip pan.

This grill is extremely easy to set up out of the box. I have purchased compact grills in the past that have taken hours and required several tools. Cuisinart made set-up easy for this particular product out of the box; just place two leg pieces at the bottom of the "VersaStand" and start grilling. The telescoping legs can be slightly tricky to move up and down for one person, but is not a deal-breaker, and the transport handle is a very valuable and easy to use feature. The grilling surface can easily fit about 6 large hamburgers or chicken breasts, not too small for a crowd or too large for a couple. I used the grill for chicken and burgers, both of which were extremely tender and had excellent flavor.

I absolutely love this grill. Perfect size! I love the features. It can be used as a table top grill or the stand can be pulled out for use at concerts, picnics, tailgates, etc. It can be easily transported or carried. Love that it has a handle. It's very well made and sturdy as well.

This little grill is wonderful because of the extended legs! We love and use it all the time, not only when we camp and tailgate, but at home when we are just cooking for two. It cooks evenly and heats up quick. We went with red and love the color!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
