I want to start off by saying BBQGUYS has been great handling support for this. My gripe is entirely with broilmaster as a company. I will amend this review, if i can, IF broilmaster ever makes this grill complete. I've had this grill, technically, for almost 4 months and I haven't been able to use it yet. First, the bottom casting was broken in the spot where the heating element attaches. It didn't break off in transit, there was no metal pieces astray anywhere in the box, it left the factory this way. It also left the factory without enough nuts and bolts to put the thing together. I contacted bbqguys, and they got broilmaster to send a replacement casting weeks later along with the missing nuts/bolts. After I finally take the broken one apart and put the new casting on, I put the rest together except for the grates inside figuring I could do that when my yard doesn't have snow in it and I'm actually going to use it. That was a serious mistake as it turns out. I finally got a break in weather enough to use this, get it outside, and the cooking grates do not sit level in the grill and I see no way at all to make them level. They either slope towards the back or the front. The one picture I see here they are level and they aren't sitting where mine are. I got in touch with bbqguys, go through the song and dance again, broilmaster will send new grates. the new grates showed up crooked, and they also sat at an angle while sitting on top of each other at one end because they don't even have a square edge to be found. I'm almost 50 years old and I could see they were messed up the second I unwrapped them, so broilmaster clearly doesn't even look at their products before they leave the door, or they have stevie wonder on quality assurance. I was told a week ago today that someone from broilmaster would get in touch with me, and they have not called. I just called them, went straight to voicemail in an unannounced mailbox.

Nice grill , easy to assemble . Came with a very well organized parts list , I needed it . Broilmaster sent two left side panels for the cart . It was easy to ID the part number , but it took about two weeks to get the panel . They were kind enough to send a grill cover for the inconvenience . Delivery time for the grill was good , right on time .Dealing with the reps was good , they did what they could to my panel as quickly as possible .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
