After spending nearly a year building our new home and first in-ground pool, we wanted loungers of good quality but that arrived ready to use with little assembly. We ordered the three piece Darlee sling back loungers with table. With very little effort they were unpacked, assembled, and beside the pool. We were so impressed we ordered two more sets. Love the look, style, and ease.

I recently purchased our 3rd set of this seating set because we have been very happy with the others and wanted to expand the seating around our pool. We ordered it in the hopes that it would arrive in time for the holiday weekend and it did, however one of the legs of the chairs was bent and it broke when we tried to straighten it. We are still waiting to hear how shoppers choice plans to remedy this situation, which will very much color my opinion of this company going forward. I will update my review if/when there is a resolution.

I hadn't seen these in person or sat in them prior to placing the order. However, the cast aluminum with the sling was exactly what I was looking for and couldn't find at any local patio stores. I ordered this set with the end table and also the matching bar height swivel barstools. Wow....they are absolutely beautiful, exceeding my expectations. Also love the sling fabric. Great purchase, great price, fast shipping from ShoppersChoice. Hope they hold up to the intense Florida weather. They are powder coated but have a minimal warranty. For half the price of comparable pieces, I felt it was worth the risk.

Hi Charlotte. Cast aluminum is molten material that is poured into a form or mold of the finished item. On the Monterey chaises, the arms and parts of the frame are cast aluminum. Other parts are extruded aluminum which tends to be hollow and lighter weight. All pieces of this set are powder-coated aluminum - not steel.
Asked by Charlotte | Answered by WesleyHi Debbie! The fabric sling on the Darlee patio chair has a one (1) year warranty. It can be taken apart for replacement but is very difficult to put back on.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
