This Evo Professional Tabletop Grill is the perfect solution for entertaining your family and friends. Its the first outdoor BBQ grill that allows you to cook directly and indirectly at the same time. If you are cooking directly, you can sear, saute, grill, toast and stir-fry. Indirectly, you can boil, braise, poach or fry. And by covering the cooking surface with its stainless steel hood, the Evo Professional grill becomes a patio oven for roasting, steaming, warming or smoking. No other grill lets you be this creative outdoors. This Evo Professional Tabletop Outdoor Grill features a solid 3/16 inch oil-seasoned non-stick steel cooking surface that is 30 inches in diameter and 650 total sq. inches, an enclosed stainless steel dual burner system ranging from 225 to 700 degrees and produces a total of 50,727 BTUs from the center to the outside for edge to edge heat control, a heavy duty stainless steel frame, housing, and control panel along with a stylish hood that has an adjustable vent. Also, this Evo Professional Tabletop Cooktop has an easy start up electronic (battery operated) spark ignition that allows you to light one or both burners simultaneously, a stainless steel drip pan around the cooking surface that catches any spillovers from falling, and a removable waste tray that is dishwasher safe. Also included is a full color cookbook with over 50 recipes and useful cooking tips. This is one of the easiest grills to clean and maintain, simply scrape and wipe down the surface and it looks brand new. Warranty
The limited lifetime warranty on the Evo Grill states the grill shall be free from rust-through on all metal surfaces and shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable use from the original date of purchase. The 1 year warranty applies to all electronic components, gas components, accessories, and repair parts including, but not limited to, electronic displays, overlay and membrane switches, temperature sensors, hot surface igniters, computers, transformers, heater elements, relays, igniters, ignition controllers, wiring, switches, encoders, outlets and plugs, gas regulator, gas hoses, and manifold assemblies. Evo promises to replace, at its determination, any product or component that is defective and covered under this warranty for as long as you, the registered original consumer-purchaser, owns the grill. One (1) year labor included.

We enjoy every bit of it. We had breakfast, smashed burger, and our favorite korean bbq. Easy to clean also! We plan to install in our outdoor kitchen but we can't wait we used it right away!

I absolutely love the EVO Tabletop. We have had it for 3 weeks and have cooked on it every other day. We have it installed in our outdoor kitchen on the countertop, which is a little too high given the height of the EVO. But it's an outstanding griddle, worth the price - it heats up quickly, it cooks evenly, it makes very little mess. Taking care of the cook top is easily explained and is easy to follow. I wish it had come with a surface thermometer must learn to guage the surface temps, but other than that - it is perfect for stir frys, steaks, boiling sauce or anything that can be cooked in a pot - and just about anything you can good on the stove.

We have had our tabletop EVO for 2 years and love it! Everyone wants to always come to our house now. It is fun to use, cooks great and cleans up well. We have considered buying a second one for large parties!

Hi Shannon, The propane hose connects to the back of the grill head, and requires a standard 20-pound propane tank. The tank should be located below the countertop.

Asked by Rajiva | Answered by RajivaHi Mike! The feet for the Evo grill are 24 inches apart so you shouldn't have a problem sitting it on a 36 inch square. The controls are where you going to run into an issue as they are 40 inches wide at the largest dimension and stick out quite a bit from the feet. Also keep in mind the Evo requires a 12 inch clearance to combustibles on the top, back, and sides.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
