This Solaire Everywhere Portable Gas Grill features 304 grade, 24 gauge stainless steel construction, and a 14,000 BTU Infrared burner attached with screws that easily removes for cleaning. Like many retired couples, we have downsized to spend more time enjoying life! This grill fits perfectly with that plan. The Everywhere is lightweight with quality construction and of sufficient size to cook for 2-4 persons. Most any grill will cook burgers and chicken but it takes high temperatures to do justice to a good steak IMHO. This grill delivers steak cooking performance with ease. I couldn't be more pleased with this grill!

Amazing quality. Cooks fast and the infrared burner is perfect for searing and locking in flavor! Its easy to clean and the v-shaped grates put beautiful, wide sear marks on your food. Good size for 2 people, however if you need to cook for more, it cooks food very quickly. I have a family of 4 and I cook on it every night. A typical 1lb propane bottle last me about 3 cGood. Great buy!

This grill is of thinner stainless then the one I bought a few years ago. I like the thicker steel one better. The everywhere grill is sharp so you can get cut. The grill has to be cleaned more frequently since it gets black and the black gets on the food.

I really, really love the way this grill chars the food. The first time I used it, I followed the manual exactly for my steak - it was a little over 1" thick and was a NY Strip. It was perfectly cooked to medium rare, super nice charred outside, and very juicy inside. I left the grill on high for five minutes (I timed it on my phone), then went out and turned it off. Roughly, an hour later, I went out to close the lid and the starter was clicking like it was trying to ignite. This is very frustrating as I fear it may have damaged the electric start; I have not used it since this happened as I was out of town a couple of days. The grill, I would give more than five stars for cooking; I am a bit concerned about the quality of the product, however.

No drip pan, no need, no mess. It is hot and incinerates fat and grease. That said, it is for steaks, chicken breasts, etc. It is great for that. Too much fat will make a fire and a mess. No whole chickens, sausage links.
Asked by Carrie | Answered by CarrieHi Carrie. The Solaire Everywhere does not have a drip pan, as most drippings are vaporized by the infrared burner, but you will want to be careful avoid cooking very fatty foods on it to avoid flare ups.
Asked by Carrie | Answered by CarrieHi Tef. Chicken cooks great, however cooking on an infrared grill is slightly different than cooking on a regular bbq, so there may be a slight learning curve. Generally, you would cook the meat on high for a couple minutes on each side, then lower the heat and finish.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
