I contacted through customer support And email on May 2, 2020, saying it's being researched by the team, have tried Calle at least once a week, on hold over 45 mins uses each time them says contact online and get disconnected, left my number for 1st available representative several time for call back, never happens. We can't use our grill, can't you please just send new regulator? Pretty please with a cherry on top!

I ordered a new manifold for my grill. I thought they were all a standard size. The hose on the one I received was shorter than the replacement part I had. I was able to make it work by tipping the gas tank and connecting everything together. Next time I will measure. But the new part arrived quickly and now my grill works just fine.

Was a match for the old one. Unfortunately, it did not solve the problem. We had a gas flow problem. Further attempts to clear the lines failed to remedy the problem. We ended up buying a new Weber grill.

Bought my genesis grill 6 months ago and after 1st bottle change the regulator started leaking....Unable to even post my review since its negative I guess.

I have owned a Genesis 310 for a decade. Figured I'd replace this part... you know... for safety. You know what? Sometimes mine leaks, too! But it is the tank's fault. I grill a lot (I use several propane tanks a year). I have noticed cracked or missing *gasp* o-rings/gaskets in the tank nozzle, that should mate to your regulator. I've had to return two of those Blue Rhino tanks to the store because of it. Advice: always remove the plastic cap covering the outflow valve and check for a black, pliable, and Undamaged gasket before leaving the store. I might not be your grill regulator's or Weber's fault.

I bought the Hose and Regulator Kit and it only lasted a year. The original one lasted for 8 years. Contacted support and never heard back. I had to purchase another one as it is BBQ season.

This is our second propane tank hose connection assembly for a Weber Genesis (tip end grill). The first one lasted one or two tanks and Weber reluctantly replaced it. The replacement lasted two tanks. When I bought the Genesis grill it had a great review. Unfortunately, it's the propane tank connector hose assembly that we should have reviewed. The Weber people tell me it's a problem with the tank o-ring. We replaced two tanks and the same thing happened. On the third tank, it's started leaking slowly at first, so we turn the tank valve on (only when we use it) and turn the grill so the tank is downwind. Now, it's leaking so bad, you can hear the leakage; so we quit using the grill until we find another brand of hose assembly to replace this one. I've been grilling all my life and never had a temperamental problem like this!

Absolutely love my Weber grill! It's a cooking machine, as long as you replace the regulator before using it. I had to replace mine with a separate one from another cook system. It was leaking from day one. Very disappointed with this component. The grill gets 5 stars, the regulator -5. Just glad it was me cooking and noticed it and not my wife, it could've been bad for her.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
