Hello Weber, You know this an issue with the hose and regulator from reading all the reviews. I have changed to three different propane tanks and this is not a seal issue with the propane tanks. Please look into fixing the issue and find another source for a quality hose and regulator.

I have bought two(2) Weber regulator replacements in the last month for my three(3) year old Weber grill I've had to return both as they leaked due to loose fittings A three(3)year old grill/regulator should still work and the Weber replacement parts should too-but don't-I'll never buy Weber again

Hello, we are very sorry to hear about this issue. However what you are describing could be the result of a bad connection, hose and regulator, or LP tank. As the regulators should not have to be replaced that often it may be caused by a bad tank as well. Please contact our support team for further assistance. Thanks!
Great product and great warranty. The customer service can't be beat.
Received the regulator in a timely manner. The hose is much shorter than the original part (Spirit 300). I will be forced to modify the hose in order to use the regulator. Disappointing.

Who knows how the product is because despite multiple calls and emails Weber failed to ship the product or respond with any communication?

The new regulator was leaking gas like crazy since the very beginning. I contacted through customer support and got an email on May 18, 2020, saying it's being researched by the team, but haven't heard anything back yet since then. I can't use the grill, feel very frustrated both by the quality of the regulator as well as the customer service.

I ordered a new Hose and Regulator Kit because my original hose had developed a crack through which the gas escaped. The new Hose and Regulator Kit works fine. The only comment I can make is that the new hose seems to be a little bit shorter than the original hose.
I have a problem with the right burner. It won't turn and I am pretty sure I have a gas leak some where. Contacted Weber support 3 time, one time an hour on hold and two emails, no response.

Bought a Spirit GS4 grill late last summer. Just finished 1st tank of gas. Hooked up new tank and immediately heard gas leaking. Disconnected and reconnected still leaks between knob and regulator. Emailed Weber via their website twice last week. No response.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
