Hose & regulator for my old Model 721 Spirit Grill

Failed in 1 yr

Regulator failed at year. When that propane tank valve is open it leaks propane (can both hear and smell it) at the junction of the plastic tank connector and the metal.

Well, brand new regulator thought it was leaking. I learned how important it is to purge the regulator, and now it works perfect

Bad regulators

I truly enjoyed my Spirit E310 until the regulator started leaking gas. I ordered a new hose/regulator although reviews told me that I may experience the same with the replacement part. The reviews were correct. The new part failed out of the box. I bought Weber for the name/reputation but have been disappointed.

Hello, we are very sorry to hear about this issue. However what you are describing could be the result of a bad connection, hose and regulator, or LP tank. In this case if you have already replaced the hose and regulator and you are still experiencing a leak it may be caused by a bad propane tank. We would suggest switching the propane tank as well. Get What You Pay For

Have owned / bought, repaired & passed on numerous Weber grills over the last 15 yrs For myself and the kids. Have learned, sometimes the hard way, that no name replacement parts advertised don't standup tot the quality of the genuine a Weber parts. Dependability & operating preciseness is what I get when buying these parts and it is what I've come to expect. It all boils down to 'you get what you pay for', it is that simple

Horrendously horrible!

They can't get it right. I bought a brand new Spirit and grilled for the first time in late May. Second time I came to grill the entire place smell like gas and then finding a leak in the regulator. I've owned this grill for 2.5 months I have used it only once while going through 4 regulators already, with every one of them leaky and faulty. Going crazy

Wrong Produce

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The only reason why the rating is not a one star is because a nice person FINALLY got back to me with a return authorization for the wrong product that was shipped. I shipped it weeks ago but still have not received a credit. Not good.

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
