Overall I am happy. This has been well used for the last 10 years. I've had the firebox crack and GrillDome replaced it for free if I picked up the shipping, which was around $50 at the time. I bought this after a lot of research. It seemed like their exterior was supposed to be better than the leader in Kamado. But in reality it's been chipping. Another negative is that the grill is not stainless steel, so the ceramic coating has chipped and it had rust spots on it. A couple of years back, I upgraded the grill part with the Kamado Joe Divide and Conquer system from BBQ Guys and that has worked out really well. I got the deflectors, stainless steel grill along with the 1/2 moon cast iron Grill and the 1/2 moon cast iron Griddle. This setup has been awesome for Reverse Sear cooking. I have cooked plenty of Boston Butts for Pulled Pork, Babyback ribs, Beef Brisket along with Turkey, Spatchcock Chicken, chicken pieces, Steak, burgers, dogs and sausages. We've even done pizzas in there with a pizza stone. I have definitely got my my money's worth. I love the smell of the lump charcoal and smoking wood. Someday I'll even try smoking bacon. When this thing finally crumbles, I will be getting another Kamado Grill. I took a star off for the inside grilling components not being stainless steel and the chipping.

I just got the GD today but I must say that the shipping of the product was FAST! The BBQ was in great shape when it arrived and everything looks awesome! Kudos for the service!

The Grilldome is working well for a family of 4 that used to use a gas grill for years. We started it at first with newpaper but that was slow and smokey. We bought an electric starter and that is much better... Food tastes much better, it cooks in a timely manner and its easy to use..

Easy to use. Easy to clean. Perfect product every time. Vastly superior to Big Green E--. Better manufactured. Easier setup, and there are numerous add on's for the perfectionist. Never spend all night up smoking meat again. I used a BBQ Guru with this cooker. The two work hand in hand.

I did a complete and exhaustive research before this purchase. I went to websites, blogs, and forums. I wanted as many opinions as possible on these types of grills. The Grill Dome kept coming up with the best reviews and the least complaints. Some of the other competitors have some pretty concerning complaints. The research paid off. We LOVE this grill. We now have had it about three weeks and have used it almost every day! It makes the best pizza you will ever eat anywhere. The kids even said it made hot dogs taste better. When you cook with this type of grill everything stays very moist and it is difficult to burn anything. I have a $1,000 gas grill that will only be used now for warming. I will never cook on a gas grill again. My suggestion...BUY A GRILL DOME!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
