This cooking grate is what it needed to be new once more. I've always said that theres nothing like a real charcoal cooked meal and the new grate did not dissappoint. Very glad I purchased. Love my weber

I don't know how old our classic Weber barbecues are, but probably 20 years at least. They still work great, but the cooking grates were rusty and crusty! I think we were using the barbecue less often because of the grates. For such a reasonable price, we now have nice, shiny cooking surfaces that are once again easy to clean, and are just begging to have something put on them to cook! We're so grateful that these are available for such vintage barbecues, which now have a new lease on life!

I am pleased with the 2 replacement parts I ordered. It was easy to order and arrived when promised. Best part is that because I could get the parts, I didn't need to buy a new grill which is in great condition how often it is out when it rains.

Recently after have my 22 inch Webber over ten years, I ordered some replacement parts. A grill grate, a charcoal grate and a lower vent. Webber sent me the parts with the instructions on how to properly install them. I installed them and they fit perfectly. Now that my Webber is rebuild I expect another ten years out of it. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Anyone ordering one of these already knows how good they are. I'm writing about how easy it was to get another one. The website was so simple to use and I was sure it was going to take forever to find what I needed. In and out of there in less than 5 minutes and it was here in less than a week. Very professional.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
