On my porch the next day! I had completely ruined my grill by carelessly leaving a Tupperware on the grates over Thanksgiving, at a time when my kitchen oven was broken. I immediately ordered set of new grates and stainless flavorizer bars which arrived to my home the next day. My grill is almost 10 years old and now, through a careless mistake I can easily get another 10 years of service from my grill.

Nice grates - I hope they last for 10+ years given the price. They are a decently heavy gauge, so they retain a decent amount of heat for searing. I just can't get over how expensive they are - needing to replace these as well as the flavorizer bars, I wasn't about 1/3 of the way to the price of a new grill.

So far so good. The stainless steel grill was as nice as I was expecting / hoping and seems to work well. I prefer it more than the original cast iron one that came with my BBQ. It's easier to clean.

I purchased these grates with the idea there were stainless steel. I put a magnet to the metal and it was magnetically attracted. Good quality stainless steel should be non magnetic. These grates will probably rust in a few years the same as my last replacement SS Weber grates did making them throw aways because the rust was very bad and they would not clean up enough to cook on.

Item was advertised as fitting all Genesis 300 series grills, but they did not fit my Genesis E-325.

The grates are just what I expected. Because of our northwest weather, I havn't used them yet. I do like the idea that I'm not eating the rust off my old grates. I expect them to work great.

These grates are very expensive , however they appear to be well made from high quality material. I have used them for 7 or 8 times now and they cook evenly . We are pleased and would recommend them highly !!

Due to lack of proper explanation, bought the wrong grates. My grill is Genesis 325 and this says 300 series. Later I sm finding out my grill is Genesis II (it doesn't say that anywhere) and I am told there is no stainless steel grates for my grill which is hard to believe. Totally disappointed

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
