The chair and ottoman is so comfortable and we love how the chair can be adjusted to lay back while sitting by the pool. Easy assembly as well!

We were looking for patio furniture that would act as both a chair and a recliner. Most solutions only fit the recliner option. This design is PERFECT and oh so comfortable! We were looking for a design that would offer us comfort to enjoy our backyard and all the wildlife (which borders to Army Corps of Engineer property) and some decent nap-time. Our patio is relatively small so having the ottoman act as part of the recliner and also as extra seating when we entertain is proving to be the ideal solution. For all the prior comments concerning the color of the cushions, the easy fix is to have a colorful neck/lower back roll/pillow. You can easily change the color scheme from year to year by simply introducing a new neck-roll pillow. We do agree with the prior comments about the need for ties on the ottoman cushion. While it's not a critical concern, it would keep them from sliding off. Our quick solution has been to tie a colorful fabric around the cushion and the ottoman seat (tying a bow/knot at a leading edge so as not to be uncomfortable on your bottom) - the fabric gives it a splash of color and function at the same time. I would highly recommend this product to a future customer!

I was skeptical about making this purchase as it was a fairly expensive piece to buy over the internet. You here all kinds of horror stories about buying furniture over the internet... Shoppers choice and specifically Kristin made all the difference here. They kept me updated on delivery, shipping by freight was great, set-up a breeze and although Darlee sent wrong set of cushions, Kristin at Shoppers Choice chased Darlee to make sure I got the right ones. Took several weeks (4) but the quality of the product and service far outweighed the price...same stuff at other stores much more expensive... totally enjoying sea breezes from my deck on these \"wicked\" cool loungers...so many options.

I puchased two of this set for poolside and the ottoman is very nice for use with kids, that it acts like a 4 piece set, without the discomfort of moving up legs to fit someone at the end of a chase lounge. The back reclines far enough for sun bathing or a nap (I can confirm frequent success!). Very nice addition to yard design. Quality workmanship. No signs of rust marks from any part or bolts after extensive exposure to rain. The color is drab, but wife used accent pillows to bring in color and it works out just fine. Fun with furniture. We purchased on Shoppers Choice and they have coupon codes. We bought many items last year, including these items (over $2k worth) and coupon code discounted $200 plus free shipping and it was delivered as promised. Had to put the set together, but it is not hard at all...connect back to bottom, two screws. (Just don\'t tell your wife...I complained how hard it was...so I could take a nap on the new set!)

Comfortable chairs for lounging. Love the adjustable back! The pillow on the footrest tends to slip off...it would be better if it also had ties to keep it on the stool. Very easy to assemble.

I bought two of these to replace the chaise longues on my oceanfront balcony. They look classy and are heavy enough to withstand normal sea breezes without being too cumbersome to move. They are just as comfortable as chaises but more practical when you want to seat more people because the ottoman can be used separately. I do wish for a more attractive color choice--dead brown just isn't me.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
