THIS LID FIT MY 14S CAST IRON SKILLET. I AM SO HAPPY, BECAUSE IT MADE MY HUSBANDS DAY, AND I CAN QUIT LOOKING :) :) ...I have been trying to find a cast iron lid to fit my cast iron skillet, I cannot recall the brand since it is not marked on the skillet but I believe it was Lodge. Anyway, after shopping in stores, & looking online I came across this lid. My husband spoke to a Shoppers Choice agent, she was very Nice and explained the specifications on size & stated they have a great return policy and stand behind there products. My skillet on the bottom says 14S, at the top of the skillet it spans out to 15 to 15 1/4. This lid sits down onto the top with the "slightest" little bit of being loose, and I mean just slightest little wiggle, NO open gaps, not a super tight seal but it DOES FIT onto the top without sinking down into the skillet, Hope this helps making a decision to buy this Lid.

Warped after first wash and a seasoning. China cast iron is not worth it. Bought as a lid for a lodge skillet. Warped BADLY. Perhaps i got a bad egg. I will say that ive NEVER got bad material from lodge. Nuff said.

They are nice lids just not well seasoned. I used them 1 time and the inside of them had rust.

It fits the 15 in lodge but the handle is very small and you need to be careful when removing. Easy to drop.

The handle is too small for the weight of the top. You will need some type of lid lifter to prevent dropping or burning yourself especially when it is hot.

I bought this lid for a 15" skillet so I can use it to braise and slow-cook meals. It's a perfect fit and it seals in the heat and juices, making my meals turn out better than ever.

If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
