I really like these electric fireplaces. The linear fireplaces are streamline contemporary and are easy to place leaving room for a tv above if that's what you're designing. With them only being just under 6" deep, they can be placed almost anywhere without requiring too much space. They aren't going to heat up a big room but the ambiance provided is what's key here. We have placed several of these in downtown condos where every square inch counts (since the whole living space is 650-1100 sq ft) and they are just perfect! With the different sizes available-up to 72"- these are also perfect for larger homes again not monopolizing too much space but giving you the appearance of an inviting fire. Different surround options and glass or birch insert accessories let you change this to your style; traditional to modern.

I love this fireplace! So I'm relatively handy, which is helpful as there are many steps to installing this correctly, including framing, electric, etc. It's a bit of a project, but not a difficult one. I'd recommend hiring someone to install if you aren't that handy. However, once it's installed, it's a thing of beauty. It heats up quickly, the controls are easy to use, and it looks great. It's a welcome addition to our home.

I bought the Dimplex IgniteXL linear electric fireplace to replace an older version. So much beauty and function in this brand new version. Very classic and fits into any decoreasily. I love the new features and all at the touch of a remote! This fireplace puts out a lot of heat really warms a room quickly and easily. Very beautiful piece I highly recommend!

The IgniteXL 60" Linear Electric Fireplace was the perfect choose for us. We love all the cool features, like changing the colors, being able to use it with or without heat. It was installed without to much trouble but I would consider myself a pretty good handyman.

This 5 ft long fireplace is amazing. It's very elegant and made with extremely good quality and craftsmanship. The heating feature is awesome as it warms up a room the size of mine (about 12 by 14) in no time.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
