 | Just the ticketI really like these electric fireplaces. The linear fireplaces are streamline contemporary and are easy to place leaving room for a tv above if that's what you're designing. With them only being just under 6" deep, they can be placed almost anywhere without requiring too much space. They aren't going to heat up a big room but the ambiance provided is what's key here. We have placed several of these in downtown condos where every square inch counts (since the whole living space is 650-1100 sq ft) and they are just perfect! With the different sizes available-up to 72"- these are also perfect for larger homes again not monopolizing too much space but giving you the appearance of an inviting fire. | I love it!I love this fireplace! So I'm relatively handy, which is helpful as there are many steps to installing this correctly, including framing, electric, etc. It's a bit of a project, but not a difficult one. I'd recommend hiring someone to install if you aren't that handy. However, once it's installed, it's a thing of beauty. It heats up quickly, the controls are easy to use, and it looks great.
