- LTE: The series starting point, with 2 commercial-quality, 304 stainless steel U-shaped burners delivering 18,000 BTUs each for 36,000 BTUs total across a 495 square inch cooking surface.
- LTE+: Steps up the experience with 2 burners at 15,000 BTUs each for 30,000 BTUs total, a reinforced 8mm-thick cooking surface, 3 thermocouples beneath the surface for more accurate temperature readings, and a spring-assisted lid that lifts with almost no effort.
