Nugget ice is softer and more porous than gourmet cubes, which means it chills drinks faster, absorbs the flavor of cocktails and sodas, and is significantly gentler on glassware. The SRN110 also uses 40% less energy and more than 50% less water than comparable gourmet cube ice machines, making it the more efficient choice for everyday home use.
