The Cookshack Fast Eddys 30-Inch Pellet Grill is constructed out of 304 and 402 grade stainless steel with a riveted assembly on the body. This Cookshack Fast Eddys Pellet Grill is a pellet grill and smoker all-in-one. It has 4 cooking zones maximizing your cooking potential. The cooking zones include a 10 x 18-inch direct cooking rack, an 18 x 18-inch indirect cooking rack, a 10 x 28-inch top rack and a 19 x 13 x 4-inch warming drawer for a total of 784 square inches of cooking area. The direct cooking area has a 304 grade stainless steel cooking grate while the cooking grate for the indirect cooking area is nickel plated. The Cookshack pellet grills are the only pellet grills on the market that uses charbroil technology offering the same great flavor as high end commercial grade charbroiler with high production and shorter temperature recovery time. Includes a front access ash drawer for easy ash removal and a warming drawer where you can keep your food warm or use as a cold smoker. It has a 22lb hopper capacity and a burn rate of 1. 2 to 2lbs per hour at 400 degrees Fahrenheit eliminating the need to constantly fill the hopper and tend the grill. It also features an electronically controlled temperature gauge with fully automated controller that eliminates large heat fluctuations that will dry out your food. This pellet grill comes with one side shelf, 4 casters and 40lbs of Cookshack Hickory pellets. All Cookshack smokers and pellet grills are proudly made in the USA.

Question: I bought one of these from a different place, and I have two major issues with it, that I am wondering if anyone has an answer to. 1) Temperature swings. this grill swings 25 degrees at 450, and 40 degrees at 200, I have played with LHT and HHT to no avail, I can kinda live with the 25, but I cant live with he 40 at 200. Anyone solve that issue? 2) Second issue - Pellets bridge in the hopper ALL the time, or they rat hole and show you the auger while the slope is full of pellets. This is using Traeger pellets....... Virus-free. Asked by gatorengineer64Answered by dseng65 Answer: Looks like we have the same unit. There is a fix - I had the same trouble
- and of course I am not home to give you the exact section in the manual.
So anyway, in the manual, it's called something which I cannot remember,
but you'll know it as they have you press the up and down arrows at the
same time. You then press the down arrow which lowers the range (how I
think of it - it has a name) from the preset of whatever it is to your
preference. I believe mine, I usually leave at 15. it seems to keep
everything running well for low temperature, long haul things like
brisket. Now you are not done, and this is where the manual would help;
both buttons a second time takes you to something like the pellet
dispensing interval. I believe I had to shorten that one as well. Be
aware, you can call/write to the company, I did. They are pretty busy but
when they got back to me I was able to reset my unit and have been very
happy with the operation since.

Besides that, you put the shelves in and dump in some pellets into the
hopper. The grill comes packaged into a wood cocoon so that would be the
most difficult part knocking out some nails.
