Went with the true outdoor refrigerator instead of the cheaper dorm style. Thought that higher quality would be the right way to go. First day plugged in and it won't cool. Very disappointed. I should have read the other reviews which weren't good. Now I have a refrigerator I can't use while I wait about a warranty repair.

I just want to start by saying that I read multiple reviews and watched several Videos about the entire Blaze outdoor product line prior to purchase. The answer is you get what you pay for and I overpaid! The first unit we received never really worked correctly. Kept shorting out after several attempts at repair and a YEAR long tedious process of back and forth between BBQ guys (who tried to convince us that it was our electricity that was the issue) and the warranty company and 2 repairman visits and some parts that I was never compensated for It was determined that I was to receive a replacement. I have had it a few months now plugged in my garage awaiting warmer weather and so far it is working. As for the unit overall I love the size and storage capacity. The lights are a fun feature. Ask me again in the summer if its still working. I should probably give this whole nightmare a zero rating but I am too nice. Lets just say I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. And just an FYI my husband had to come up with a creative solution to fix the hood on the Blaze grill I purchased.

I had this outdoor refrigerator installed in my outdoor kitchen island. It only lasted 2 summer seasons. No one will come out for repair service as they mentioned it's not worth repairing and I should just order a replacement.

I have had mine for 7 years and the fan went out. After reaching out to Blaze corporate in Baton Rouge, they sent me a new fan no questions asked next day shipping. I didn't think this kind of customer service didn't exist anymore. Very happy I have this refrigerator!

We installed this refrigerator into our outdoor kitchen in 2016, it's only in operation 3-4 months out of the year, it stopped cooling mid summer 2020. I will research if this is repairable but likely not or it will be very expensive. For the cost of this unit it should last longer than a couple of summer's use.

I live on the beach and the refrigerator has had 2 seasons outside with no problems. I bring it inside a non heated garage in the winter. Winters are harsh in Michigan, but we don't have the salt.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
