I purchased this product in 2020 and it stopped working after 3 years. I was fortunate enough to have purchased the 5yr warrantee and had it repaired after months of waiting on service. It has broken down again in 2026 as New Leaf Warrantee company would not renew my warrantee again. It has been diagnosed as a bad compressor with no new parts available, guess I'm out of luck! I will not be purchasing another Blaze product again.

Not sure why so many weak reviews. We had this fridge for 6 years and it was great! Kept food cold in the year-round sun, sleek look, good capacity, lockable, and most importantly...no service issues ever. Might have lasted longer if it wasn't burned in a wildfire. We are buying the exact same one for our re-build.

Should have paid attention to the reviews, we didn't. Bought this refrigerator last year and it worked for less than a year. Went outside one day and it was beeping, opened the door and the temp said 80 degrees. Luckily we bought the extended warranty, but we will not get this brand ever again!

Just like many of the other reviews, this fridge is junk. It never worked from the start. It got down to maybe 60 degrees, even when it was indoors. Do not buy.

Fridge never worked from day one. Built a new home and kept in box till after closing when fished outdoor kitchen. BBQ Guys tried working with my installer but between him and them it never ever worked. Hired a repair company to come out, within 20 seconds he noticed the solder on the Freon was defective, said this was a manufacture issue. Do not buy this junk, you WILL regret it.

I measured the opening for the fridge and there was just enough room. Additionally, I have a predecessor fridge of the same make and model which fit into the opening. However, the fridge is about 1/8" to 1/4" to tall. Don't know how I am to deal with this.

Hi Daniel. The Blaze 5.5 Cu. Ft. refrigerator requires a dedicated 15 amp, ground-fault circuit.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
