Lifetime Warranty

Blaze electric grills have a lifetime warranty that warrants against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship on the control valves, cooking grids, stainless steel housing, flame tamers, and all other stainless steel components. The heating element, heating element components, and ignition components are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase. Grills must be registered within thirty days for the warranty to apply. Labor not included.

Unlike the standard Blaze Grills, the Blaze Electric Grill can be used in multi-user applications, including but not limited to: apartment complexes, hotels, condo complexes, fire stations, police stations, multi-family dwellings, etc. For multi-user applications, Blaze applies the following warranty: Three (3) year warranty on stainless steel grill housing, cooking grids, and control valves A ninety (90) day warranty applies to all other components. This warranty replaces the lifetime warranty offered with residential use when grill is used in multi-user settings. Labor not included.

I have connected to a 20 amp dedicated circuit and it works quite well. I have had for about two months and have used it 6 to 7 times to grill burgers, hot dogs and salmon. It heats well and has consistent heat over the entire grilling area. It does take a bit longer than with a gas grill but not a noticeable problem. My only real complaint is the size is too small so if grilling for a large group, it will take some time with more coordination of keep already grilled items warm while trying to grill more. I know a larger grill will require more power but seems like that would be a good option.

Not ready for prime time

I have been using the electric grill for the past three or four months. Have to say I am totally disappointed. The grill does not get hot. So I have adjusted the cooking times. But even in spite of doing that the grill does not fire up to a hot temperature. Forget about the 20 amp line. Do the math. Dedicated 15 amp line has more than enough juice to meet the wattage for the grill. Blaze needs to rethink this product. I will be replacing it. Total waste of money.

When bolted to a rooftop patio, is it safe to leave out in the rain and snow? Should we keep unplugged when not in use?

Hi Dale. For safety, the Blaze pedestal must be securely fastened to a stable, level surface using lag screws and shields to ensure the grill remains fixed and upright at all times.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
