A few years ago I purchased this grill for a second home. Now I've purchased another one for my main home. It is an incredible grill and I've enjoyed using it every time. Always starts, does what it's told :), and looks great. #sweepstakes

Good grill, we use it about three times a week. The only negative thing I would say is the thermometer is not accurate.

The gap in the back is to large, they say they can low and slow for BBQ, the gap is so large it ill not get to 250 and stay their temp goes up and down with the breeze from out side. If I could have sent it back I would Have.

Versatile grill with great performance. Performs like the highest end brands but priced very competitively.

We purchased a Blaze Premium LTE+ 40 Inch 5 Burner Gas Grill w/Ceramic Flame Tamers, Rotisserie, and Infrared Searing Burner in April of 2025 through BBQ Guys. We made the decision based on reviews and the assurance from the sales representative at BBQ Guys that Blaze Grills were "Made in USA". Well, when the pallet holding the "grill" arrived, and after unwrapping the covering we found that the numerous containers were all labeled "Made in China"! The delivery truck was by now down the street… it would have been a deal breaker if we had known it was made anywhere outside of America. Yes, we were aware and presumed there would be some assembly… like attaching the grill atop the stand, but this was a completely different matter! To begin with we had to unbox all the parts, lay them out to discern if they were all there and accounted for. Then there was the arduous task of removing the plastic film. Did I mention that all of the parts have sharp edges? Okay, so we purchased an expensive item, that was made in China, and required extensive assembly by the customer (we're in our 70's). We were starting to feel we had made a mistake. Then things started moving from bad to worse. We discovered that the unit came with castors that are so small and recessed so far under the housing that we couldn't activate the brakes causing the whole appliance to freely roll around inconveniently. Next, the hose and regulator that was supplied with the grill was for a 5-gallon canister, too short, and not rated for correctly regulating the liquid propane supplied throughout our residence. When we contacted BBQ Guys and then Blaze Grills directly, they each stated that they didn't have the correct regulator and we would be better served to search for the parts ourselves. We finally found the proper regulator, couplings, and hose and hired a plumber to effect the installation. So, now we felt we were finally ready to begin cooking with our fancy new grill. After fo

BBQ Guys trumpets the quality of Blaze appliances and MAN they are not kidding. This thing is professional grade. Sheet steel is sturdy and thick. Knobs feel solid. Lights first time every time. Flames are easy to control, even on low settings where a lot of grills struggle to stay lit. I'm blown away.

Be aware that many of the grills in this class (Bull, Lion, etc.) come from the same factory in China with minor differences so this review may be applicable to those as well. Material, bends, cuts, and welds are surprisingly good for a Chinese product. Fasteners supplied were mostly austenitic and ferritic stainless steel but I did have to replace some plain steel washers with my own stainless hardware. In this class these should all be austenitic stainless IMO. The cook chamber is excessively ventilated with a 1.5" gap between lid and box. This will probably help lower Blaze's warranty claims but be aware that it makes indirect or windy day cooking a challenge. Grease tray will fill/overflow with water if the unit sees any rain without a cover (a rainstorm caught me before the grill could cool enough to cover). Heat gradient from rear to front is worse than some grills I've used but that's partially expected. Heat variation across (left to right) is terrible. There are major heat shadows where the heat zone separators are located, removing them makes no difference. I purchased the sear burner which does work quite well for crusting a steak. I don't expect it to last and it's warranty is limited so I'm assuming it will be a regular replacement item. If you get a large enough model and you're an experienced griller you can make the uneven cooking surface work. If Blaze is good about honoring the warranty I guess there aren't too many other options in this range.

I have purchased two Blaze grills and found them to be my best picks yet (I have purchased lots of grills in my life). From the consistent/even heat to the awesome interior lighting it has been a much better experience than all other brands. Not to mention that it is a really attractive grill on the back patio. Highly recommend for performance and the value makes it an easy decision.

I loved the two "plus" features…hood assist and color changing knobs to indicate when they are on. The spring helps a lot! Issues: I'm seeing a hot zone in rear left, glows red. One of the knobs' color got reversed (great experience with support, sending me a new part). Missing a screw. The rest: I'm using with smart thermometers, and I can really dial in the temp. Ribeye and beer can chicken came out perfect. Frozen burgers caused some flare ups. A bunch of fresh burgers cooked well, although you can tell this doesn't heat 100% evenly. I really like this size, you can create sear zones, indirect heat zones, very versatile. Looks great!
