We love it- my husband has been making pizzas/cooking in a wood fire pizza oven his whole life. We wanted one for our patio. It really does a great job! We were given the wrong base on delivery and Bella Outdoor Living has amazing customer service, they were very helpful and offered to solve it. However, my father is a wiz at metal work and we solved it ourselves. So setting it up was a little complicated. In the spring/summer/fall it's perfect, big enough for a large cast iron skillet or a few small pizzas at a time. In the winter, it has trouble holding its heat, so we don't use it below 45* outside, which is to be expected. It's not a permanent fixture with thicker insulation. We have had a blast with it and have no complaints! I have kids and the sides/back of the oven stay relatively warm, meaning if they accidentally touch it, no one is getting burned. It's a beautiful oven and very well made. We researched a lot and are happy with our decision!

Very Nice, small tweaks could make it exceptional review pt2 Part 2 #2 Screws need to be LONGER, 4-5 have no washer used or wouldn't work. 2-3mm #3 No cover, would love to see just a cap for the chimney and something to keep water from possibly getting in the oven door. With all the talk in the manual about how detrimental water can be if it gets in the oven, the only suggestion is the not keep the oven on a tilt, and to keep the door (that has lots of holes mind you) on the front of the oven. I would guess 90% of these ovens are in an open kitchen or deck. Very possible it will have rain blown on it even if it is under a roof or awning not to even consider it being in any proximity to a pool?? Skip the peel and gloves, and give us something that will keep the expensive oven safe from damage. Gloves and peel are off the shelf products, a cover specific to this oven is not. It could be a wood replica of the metal door that can be rotated in after the oven is cool, something better than "Hey! Don't get this thing wet or else!" Finally, the last pet peeve is the peel, great they included one, sucks that it's too short to use the hooks on the oven to hold it. So I will have to buy one anyway, wasted extra… could have been ½ of the much-needed cover. Ok now that I have vented, let me restate that the oven itself is FANTASTIC. Fast Firing, Fast Heating, Low Smoke, Beautiful Workmanship. Let's work on those little details and man it will just jump up to AMAZING.

Ok, let me start with, I would give this a 4..5-4.8 but I can't justify 5 so 4 is my only option. The oven is beautiful, CNC machined parts. Thick Stainless materials. Powdercoated Dome, and a nice and heavy brick cooking surface. For the first run, we were up and cooking @ 500 degrees in about 20min. Granted, I was very conservative with the wood the first time and wanted to see how the oven would react. We could have easily got it to the 750-800 if we used a couple more pieces to start. I started with about 5 nice pieces of kiln dried Hickory and then added 3 pieces during the time we were cooking. Temps reached 650 when we added the first extra piece, but Pizza wasn't on the menu for this round so higher wasn't needed. The oven worked great, the smoke was acceptable in the beginning and very low after the initial lighting and temps started climbing over 350ish. The oven seemed like it was burning much cleaner as it got hotter, which is great. Now for the bad stuff, I will go on to say these are not deal breakers in any way. Just observations and room for improvement. I would buy this oven again with no hesitation. Ok, Assembly: The threaded inserts that are used in various locations to allow solid connection between parts ( with the included stainless hardware) are a point of issue with me. While they work great when they work. We did struggle with 4 of them just spinning when we tried to get a screw to take hold. Let me also clarify we used our fingers to pre-thread each screw a few threads before using a tool just to make sure no cross threading was going on. Anyway, we remedied the issue with a punch and some strategic hits where the threaded inserts and the stainless met. This worked for 3 of the 4 issues but one, unfortunately, could not be saved and will forever spin in the wind as I couldn't get it back out nor will it tighten. Let's call it an optional swivel for now. #2 is in relation, screws need to be LONGER, 4-5 no washer used or wouldn't work.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
