The BBQGuys Signature stainless steel kamado 2-Piece bundle includes the 18-inch grill / griddle combo and the charcoal basket. Both pieces are made of high quality 304 stainless steel. The cooktop center has a teppanyaki style griddle outer ring for cooking at lower temperatures for items like vegetables, hamburgers. The inner circle is a grill grate perfect for cooking over direct heat at higher temperatures. The inner grill grate is removable making it easy to clean. This cooktop center allows you to cook a variety of items at one time. The 14-inch charcoal basket makes clean up and charcoal conservation easy. Ashes fall through while larger briquettes remain in the basket to be used again. Together they make a great addition to any grillmasters collection. Works with Kamado Joe Classic I, II, III and Big Green Egg Large kamado grills.
