Broil King BBQ Smokers
Broil King smokers are available in a both offset and vertical configurations. If you are space-conscious you might prefer the vertical smoker. It’s is available in charcoal, natural gas and propane fuel types, while the offset smoker is only available in charcoal.
Broil King Smoke Vertical Smoker
The Broil King Smoke vertical smoker has four adjustable stainless steel cooking grids. To regulate air flow though the cooking chamber and control the temperature there are two cast aluminum adjustable dampers. The smoker also includes a roast/rib rack and 16 meat hooks. Easy ignition is available through Sure-Lite electronic ignition.
The charcoal version has a removable heavy-duty charcoal tray that you can add wood chips and lump charcoal to. The natural gas and propane versions offer even heating through a stainless steel burner which generates 15,000 BTUs.
Broil King Smoke XL Offset Charcoal Smoker
The Broil King offset smoker includes porcelain coated cast iron grill grates which give you great sear marks and retain heat. It also includes two stainless steel charcoal trays that are wonderful for diffusing the heat and giving off great wood smoked flavor. This smoker offers 955 square inches of total cooking space, and includes removable ash trays for easy clean up. As an option you can get this smoker without the offset side chamber – it’s a little smaller with just 625 square inches of total grilling area. Both versions come with a handy built-in bottle opener and front shelf that’s great for hanging your grilling tools on. To control the temperature there are two adjustable dampers. You can also store your charcoal at the bottom of the cart for easy access.
