Track My Order

You will need the shipping zip code given when the order was placed. After getting that, send us a message with your problem here and one of our experts will reach out to you!

Above each item listed on your order is a status displayed in green text.

• Processing
  The order was created/placed and has not been canceled. This will display from the moment the order is created until the moment it ships.
• Shipped
  The item is in transit from the warehouse/vendor.
• Backordered
  The item will leave the warehouse later than the website/PDP shows.
• Canceled
  The customer has canceled the order.

If the item has not yet shipped, you can click ‘Modify or Cancel Items’ next to the listed item you wish to remove.

Once your item has shipped, a ‘Track Package’ button will appear next to the item listed on your order. Clicking this button will allow you to track your items en route to you.

You can click the ‘Reorder Items’ button next to the item listed on your order to navigate back to the product page for that item. From there simply add the item to your cart to start a new order.

The Updates section of your order screen will show any email communication between you and BBQGuys that was sent after your Order Confirmation email. You will not see your Order Confirmation email listed. If you believe there are emails other than the Order Confirmation that are not listed in the Updates section, contact us.

You will need to be signed into your account to see your other orders listed below the current order status page. This will show other orders that were linked to your BBQGuys.com account at the time the orders were placed while signed into your account.

The other orders section of the page will only show orders that you placed while signed into your BBQGuys.com account/ orders linked to your BBQGuys.com account. Any orders not linked to your account will not show here. You can contact us to link purchases you have made to your BBQGuys.com account.

While signed into your BBQGuys.com account, you can click the drop-down menu under ‘Account’ above and navigate to ‘Order History’ which will list all orders linked to your account.

After 2 years, the orders unlink from the account, so are no longer displayed in the order history tab (points expire after 2 years)
