Please note the upcoming changes to the BBQGuys Rewards program and review the effective dates for each.
Effective October 1, 2022:
Qualifying dollars spent on or after 12:00:00am ET on October 1, 2022 will earn one (1) point per dollar spent.
Effective January 1, 2023:
All points earned on or after 12:00:00am ET January 1, 2021 will expire two (2) years from the date they were earned.
What do I need to know to enroll?
- Enrolling in BBQGuys Rewards is completely free and only requires you submit your email and a password to enroll.
- Once enrolled, you'll use those same credentials to sign in to your rewards account. If you ever have any problems, call us for assistance.

How do I earn Rewards points?
- As soon as you enroll, we'll put 300 points into your Rewards account.
- You can apply those 300 points toward your first purchase, which is an instant savings of $3!
- Starting with your first purchase, you'll start earning 1 Rewards point for every dollar you spend. (effective October 1, 2022)
- We also send out special alerts via email and social media on ways you can earn extra points, so make sure you sign up for emails and also follow us on our social channels!
How do I redeem Rewards points?
- The initial 300 points you receive for signing up can be applied to your first purchase.
- Points can be redeemed at checkout when you complete an online order.
- If you want to use only a portion of your points for an order, please call us for assistance.
- Unused points expire two (2) years from the date they are earned, regardless of activity or purchases made.
