Great for everyday cooking, like sauteing vegetables and searing meats, German made Woll nonstick cookware makes cooking easy and healthy. This 9 1/2-inch saute pan can be used with gas, ceramic, electric and halogen cook tops. An edge-to-edge 8mm bottom made from magnetic grade stainless steel also makes it safe to use on induction cook tops. The induction bottom also allows for maximum heat absorption without hot spots, even at the highest temperatures. This frying pan is oven safe up to 480 degrees Fahrenheit and is guaranteed not to warp. With naturally nonstick properties, diamonds have been reinforced into the coating of the pan allowing you to cook healthier food with little to no fat at all. The diamond reinforced coating also gives this pan higher strength, longevity and heat conduction than typical metal coated pans. Safe for dishwasher use and use with metal utensils, the nonstick coating is also cut and abrasion resistant. This pan is made from a special copper-free, hand cast method that allows the coatings to be applied at higher temperatures. The fixed handle is heat resistant for the safest possible handling. Included is a glass lid that ensures efficient cooking and is also oven safe up to 480 degrees Fahrenheit.
