Mini Logs are great for cooking for longer periods of time or when cooking great amounts of food on large grills and smokers. Oak wood is very mild and is a great all around wood for meat smoking. It is great for adding a mellow smoke flavor to any main or side dish. The balanced flavor is distinctive but not overpowering and is good for sausage, beef, lamb, seafood and vegetables. At 6-8 inches long, these mini-logs can also be used for fire pits, fireplaces and campfires.

 | Competition BBQ consistencyIt's my last competition this was the first time I was able to use oak to cook with. The difference in the flavor is amazing.
