I have had my machine a couple of months now and I absolutely love it!! The additional cup is great for my smoothies or protein shakes and an on-the-go convienence. The power of this machine is astounding.

Did a 5 star review soon after buying this blender. Still 5 star for size and daily smoothie permanent place on my counter use! 5 star for price and my main usages! Just me, mostly smoothies. Size better for smaller amounts of other recipes. Price great for what I want. The reason I'm going down 1 star is because (there isn't one half star!) I have had to learn how to manage the power limitations of this blender which is less than others. For example trying to make very thick concoctions like hummus. It will overheat seemingly to quickly. Then you have to wait! However I know how far I can go now. Still love it just sometimes I wish it had more power. When I look at the other ones though I don't want that big size and they don't have my favourite part - the To Go Cup- so perfect for smoothie. No fuss no mess. So unless there is a blender with all the same features but more horsepower, I'm very happy with this.

I am glad I finally bought a Vitamix. I mostly use it for smoothies but I look forward to trying out some of the recipes. Operation is smooth and it does a great job no matter what i put in my smoothies.

Small blender but the product is not reliable at all. Product stop working after sometime.

I bought the vitamix for myself as a Christmas gift. I make smoothies every day and I love the way it's made. It's the perfect size for me. To go cup comes in handy too.

I had heard how great Vitamix blenders are and once I finally pulled the trigger and bought my own I am not disappointed. I use the personal smoothie cup almost everyday and love the fact that it is so easy to clean. I make my smoothie and then head to work. It's still cold and no dripping by the time I get to drink it 2 1/2 hours later. Definitely worth the investment.

Veggies tend to get stuck in the container so you need to push it down. Overall juice turns out great, but not quite as simple a process as I expected.

Was so excited to own a Vitamix and I am thoroughly disappointed!! This thing freezes up often. Manual suggest many different things to stop it but it just doesn't matter. Doubt I will buy another one. Super sad.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
