This 5 series 36-inch dual fuel propane gas range features four exclusive VSH pro sealed burners that are easy to clean plus have superior performance at any temperature setting. The commercial-grade steel griddle with Blanchard finish retains cooking oils for stick-resistant cooking. All burners have a VariSimmer setting that provides gentle, even simmering at precisely low cooking temperatures. The exclusive SureSpark ignition system lights every time, at any position on the knob, and automatically re-light if the flame goes out. The sealed burners do now allow spills to enter the one-piece tooled and porcelainized burner box. The continuous cooking surface allows you to utilize multiple burners and slide your pots and pans from one burner to the next easily. The 4. 7 cubic foot electric oven has one of the largest oven cavities in the industry and features the Vari-Speed Dual Flow convection system which maximizes airflow and fluffiness. The two-speed convection system combined with the one of the largest convection fan blades in the industry, is capable of turning the fan in both directions. The exclusive TruConvec two-speed convection cooking only uses only a convection element in the rear of the oven, fan-forced air, and no direct heat from the top or bottom. The 10-pass concealed baking element allows for finer temperature control and making clean up easy. The Rapid Ready preheat system heats up the oven faster, so you do not have to wait to get started cooking. High performance cooking modes include bake, convection bake, TruConvec convection cooking, convection roast, hi, medium, and low broil, convection broil, convection dehydrate, convection defrost, and self-clean. The extra-large Gourmet-Glo glass enclosed infrared broiler provides superior broiler performance and maximum coverage. The stainless steel range also comes with two Tru-Glide full extension oven racks, one heavy-duty rack, and six rack positions. Three halogen oven lights provide plenty of light throughout the oven cavity.
