The exclusive TransMetallic ceramic surface is durable, wear resistant and easy to clean. Safety features include child-proof, push-to-turn metal knobs for safe use, and a sensor turns off the element if cookware is not detected within 60 seconds. The 4. 7 cubic foot oven features has one of the largest oven cavities in the industry and features the Vari-Speed Dual Flow convection system which maximizes airflow and fluffiness. The Rapid Ready preheat system heats up the oven faster, so you do not have to wait to get started cooking. High performance cooking modes include bake, convection bake, TruConvec convection cooking, convection roast, hi, med and low broil, and convection broil. The extra-large Gourmet-Glo glass enclosed infrared broiler provides superior broiler performance and maximum coverage. The convection oven also comes with two Tru-Glide full extension oven racks, one heavy-duty rack, and six rack positions. Improved halogen oven lights provide plenty of light throughout the oven cavity.
