The bridge element connects the front and rear burners to create a continuous heated surface for oversized cookware or griddles. The high infrared transmission is great for fast cooking no matter what type of cookware you use. The Viking glass is easy to clean thanks to the strong, wear resistant glass ceramic and removable childproof metal knobs. The oven features has one of the largest oven cavities in the industry and features the Vari-Speed Dual Flow convection system which maximizes airflow and fluffiness. The two-speed convection system combined with the one of the largest convection fan blades in the industry, is capable of turning the fan in both directions. The exclusive TruConvec two-speed convection cooking only uses only a convection element in the rear of the oven, fan-forced air, and no direct heat from the top or bottom. The 10-pass concealed baking element allows for finer temperature control and making clean up easy. The Rapid Ready preheat system heats up the oven faster, so you do not have to wait to get started cooking. High performance cooking modes include bake, convection bake, TruConvec convection cooking, convection roast, hi, med and low broil, and convection broil. The extra-large Gourmet-Glo glass enclosed infrared broiler provides superior broiler performance and maximum coverage. The convection oven also comes with one TruGlide full extension oven racks, two heavy-duty racks, and six rack positions. Improved halogen oven lights provide plenty of light throughout the oven cavity.
