The convection system is combined with the one of the largest convection fan blades in the industry to provide maximum airflow. High performance cooking modes include Two Element Bake, Convection Bake, TruConvec Convection Cook, Convection Roast, Convection Broil, Hi Broil, Medium Broil, Low Broil, Convection Dehydrate, and Convection Defrost. Go from toasting to searing using Hi, Med, or Low functions with the 10-pass electric broiler and heat reflector. This range with self-cleaning oven comes with one Tru-Glide full extension oven rack, two heavy-duty racks, and six rack positions.
